Gathering at Hanuman Mandir and Ram Mandir in Ayodhya Calls for Unity Against Kuki Militants Threatening Meitei Community
Ayodhya : In a stirring call to arms, the Biswa Hindu Parishad convened a gathering at the revered Hanuman Mandir and Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, drawing attention to the urgent crisis facing the Meitei community in Manipur. With male participants numbering 124 and female participants totaling 153, the assembly echoed with a resounding call for action.
The Vice President of BJP Imphal Central District, Wangkheimayum Chourjit Singh, led the charge, emphasizing the gravity of the situation. He highlighted the looming threat posed by Kuki militants, whose actions endanger not only lives but also the very essence of Hinduism in the region.
“We cannot stand idly by while our brothers and sisters face the specter of extinction,” declared Singh, urging swift and decisive measures to protect the Meitei people and their cultural heritage. The gathering echoed his sentiments, with attendees expressing unwavering solidarity in the face of adversity.
The urgency of the situation was underscored by the ideological battle at hand. Participants recognized that the struggle transcended physical threats, encompassing a fight to preserve the essence of Hinduism itself. As such, the call to action resonated not only as a defense of lives but also as a safeguarding of faith and tradition.
