New Delhi: The Election Manifesto Sub-Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Manipur Pradesh, in collaboration with representatives from districts and mandals, has successfully collected Public Aspiration Boxes from diverse sections of society across Manipur. These boxes, filled with the hopes and dreams of the people, were ceremoniously handed over to Shri Tarun Chug, National General Secretary (Incharge Manifesto) BJP, at BJP Headquarters in New Delhi by Shri Asnikumar Singh, State Spokesperson of BJP Manipur Pradesh, and Shri RK Imo Singh, Hon’ble MLA, on behalf of BJP Manipur.
Shri M Asnikumar Singh, State Spokesperson of BJP Manipur Pradesh, emphasized the significance of this initiative, stating, “The aspirations of the people of Manipur are at the heart of our party’s manifesto-building process. Through this collaborative effort, we are ensuring that the voices and concerns of every citizen are heard and considered as we chart the course for the future of our state.”
This initiative forms part of the BJP’s nationwide program, “Your Vision, Your Dream, Your Manifesto,” aimed at soliciting the aspirations of the people for inclusion in the party’s manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The heartfelt aspirations gathered from various corners of Manipur reflect the desires and concerns of its citizens, providing valuable insight into their vision for a brighter future.
The collected aspirations, meticulously compiled to represent the pulse of Manipur, will be swiftly transmitted to the Central BJP Office in New Delhi. A delegation comprising 23 members of the Election Manifesto Sub-Committee will ensure the prompt delivery of these aspirations for consideration in the formulation of the party’s manifesto.
