From the humble beginnings of a farmer’s family in Manipur to leading a publicly listed IT company, Rannjit Mayengbam, Managing Director and Chairman of 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Limited (3CITS), has emerged as an inspiring example of determination, innovation, and leadership.
A proud alumnus of a government school in Manipur, Rannjit’s journey reflects the power of education, hard work, and vision. Today, his company, 3CITS, stands as a symbol of Indian enterprise and technological excellence, enabling digital transformation across industries and empowering organizations with innovation-led, customer-centric IT and telecom solutions.
Mr Ranjit is also one of the Founding Members of AMAND (Association of Manipuri Diaspora), Pune.
Continuing his mission to give back to society, Ranjit Mayengbam announced the launch of Maharashtra’s first AMD Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Pune, in collaboration with global technology leader AMD.
The 3CITS–AMD Centre of Excellence will serve as a hub for innovation, research, and advanced technology enablement, focusing on AI, high-performance computing, and next-generation digital infrastructure. The centre will also extend support to *students, teachers, research teams, and organizations,offering them access to cutting-edge technology resources, mentorship, and real-world project opportunities.
Speaking on the launch, *Rannjit Maayengbam*, MD & Chairman of 3CITS, said:
