Imphal: Dr. Kangabam Romeo Meetei, Director of the Manipur Chapter of the National Adventure Foundation (NAF), has been honored with the prestigious Brigadier Gyan Singh National Adventure Award 2025 in New Delhi. The award ceremony took place at YMCA New Delhi, with Lieutenant General Raman Dhawan, AVSM, VSM, ADC, President of NAF, presenting the honor.

The Brigadier Gyan Singh National Adventure Award recognizes outstanding contributions to adventure sports, mountaineering, and sports climbing. Dr. Romeo’s dedication to promoting adventure activities over the past 40 years has been instrumental in developing adventure sports in Manipur.
